Questions about a quote or a policy
We are not an insurer, agent or broker, so we cannot see your quote request, change a quote or answer questions about a policy. Contact the licensed representative who called you or the insurer named on your policy. To stop hearing from the representatives our partner connected you with, reply to them directly or use the unsubscribe link in their messages.
Complaints about an insurer
Start with the insurer’s complaints process. For life and health insurance, the OmbudService for Life and Health Insurance can help next. For home and auto insurance, the General Insurance OmbudService handles complaints in most provinces.
